Privacy notice

Assessment answers

Your answers and progress remain in browser memory unless you choose browser saving. After registration is verified and you request a report, answers are sent to this website to calculate the report. The application does not store those answers or reports in its server database, and does not send them to an AI provider. Hosting systems still process the request.

Registration information

We store the organisation name, work email, selected assessment, request time, expiry, verification status and access-control records to manage verification and report access. A derived network identifier is used to limit repeated requests. Registration records expire after 30 days and are removed by subsequent registration cleanup; hosting backups and logs may retain information separately. Do not register sensitive personal or customer information.

Email verification and correspondence

Verification is manual. You send an email from the registered address to contact@contextualagentic.com; an administrator checks it and may reply with a report access link. Email and mailbox providers process that correspondence. It remains in the recipient mailbox according to its handling arrangements; deleting a website registration does not delete email correspondence.

Hosting and external services

This website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare hosting and storage. These providers may process network, device and operational information to deliver and protect the service. Do not assume information stays in Australia. This tool does not add analytics, advertising scripts or marketing-list subscriptions. Administrator sign-in uses ChatGPT; public assessment registration does not require a ChatGPT account.

Browser saving and exports

Browser saving is optional and is not an encrypted shared-device vault. Clear the tool’s saved answers or remove this site’s storage through browser settings. Registration receipts and access links are kept for the tab session when browser storage is available. Exported files are controlled by you and may reveal security gaps. Protect them before sharing.

Your choices and requests

The tool offers deletion of a registration using its receipt, which also removes its report access. You may separately clear saved answers. Email contact@contextualagentic.com for access, correction, deletion or a privacy complaint. We may need to establish that you are entitled to make the request. Do not email passwords or identity documents unsolicited.
